What if I don't like my artwork?
If you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We print once you're happy with your order!
If you don't like your item once receive, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge :)
Can I print more than one pet on one picture?
Yes of course! Just order multiple Cartoonized Pets™ instead of one and mention in the text field that you want them in the same picture.
Never hurts to mention it again to your artist when you connect with them!
Can I see my artwork before it gets printed?
Yes, all customers receive a preview of their artwork beforehand! This is also the time to suggest any edits to the artist you are working with.
We print once you're happy with your customized pet art :)
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
Once we receive your photo the first thing checked by your artist is the pet photo(s). Usually the photos are just fine and nothing else is needed. If there is a problem, your artist let you know and request new photos via email.
If you can, take a photo in good, natural lighting and at eye-level with your pet. Make sure their face is nicely captured, along with the entirety of their body!
Do you just design portraits for dogs?
Not in the slightest! Our artists design portraits for cats, horses, fish, and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
What can you customize?
Anything is possible! Our artists have not gotten a request that they haven't been able to fulfill. The more creative the better!
