How It Works
Step 1: Send Photo(s)
After (or before) ordering, send some photos of your pet to your artist, no need to find the perfect photo! Then, feel free to share something about your pet to give our artists inspiration. Let the fun begin!
Step 2: Approve Artwork
Once you receive your first draft you can request edits until you're happy! You have unlimited edits available to you. Work does not stop until your vision is 100% perfect!
Step 3: Enjoy Artwork
Once approved, you're artwork will be shipped to your front door. Think about where you would want to put it!
What if I don't like my artwork?
If you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We ship once you're happy with your order!
If you don't like your item once receive, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge :)
Can I have more than one pet in the same piece?
Yes of course! Just choose the number of pets, up to 6, under "# of Pets (on the same canvas)".
Can I see my artwork before it gets shipped?
Yes, all customers receive a preview of their artwork beforehand! This is also the time to suggest any edits to the artist you are working with.
We ship once you're happy with your customized pet art :)
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
Once we receive your photo the first thing checked by your artist is the pet photo(s). Usually the photos are just fine and nothing else is needed. If there is a problem, your artist let you know and request new photos via email.
If you can, take a photo in good, natural lighting and at eye-level with your pet. Make sure their face is nicely captured, along with the entirety of their body!
Do you just design portraits for dogs?
Not in the slightest! Our artists make artwork for cats, horses, fish, reptiles, and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
What can you customize?
Anything is possible! Our artists have not gotten a request that they haven't been able to fulfill. The more creative the better!
