How It Works
Step 1: Send Photo(s)
After (or before) ordering, send some photos of your pet to your artist, no need to find the perfect photo! Then, feel free to share something about your pet to give our artists inspiration. Let the fun begin!
Step 2: Approve Artwork
Once you receive your first draft you can request edits until you're happy! You have unlimited edits available to you. Work does not stop until your vision is 100% perfect!
Step 3: Enjoy Artwork
Once approved, you're artwork will be shipped to your front door. Think about where you would want to put it!
What if I don't like my artwork?
If you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We ship once you're happy with your order!
If you don't like your item once receive, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge :)
Can I have more than one pet in the same piece?
Yes of course! Just choose the number of pets, up to 6, under "# of Pets (on the same canvas)".
Can I see my artwork before it gets shipped?
Yes, all customers receive a preview of their artwork beforehand! This is also the time to suggest any edits to the artist you are working with.
We ship once you're happy with your customized pet art :)
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
Once we receive your photo the first thing checked by your artist is the pet photo(s). Usually the photos are just fine and nothing else is needed. If there is a problem, your artist let you know and request new photos via email.
If you can, take a photo in good, natural lighting and at eye-level with your pet. Make sure their face is nicely captured, along with the entirety of their body!
Do you just design portraits for dogs?
Not in the slightest! Our artists make artwork for cats, horses, fish, reptiles, and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
What can you customize?
Anything is possible! Our artists have not gotten a request that they haven't been able to fulfill. The more creative the better!

Amazing customer service experience! There were two issues with my order and both were resolved immediately and with 100% satisfaction. First, I entered an incorrect delivery address— using a house number and street name combination that didn’t exist. Animals Design worked with me to reship the picture ASAP, which was fantastic since it was purchased as a holiday present. Second, the reshipment was printed in the wrong size; I notified them of the error and they processed a “Rush” replacement. I would repurchase from them again solely based on their customer service but also the gift was very well received—Tails loves it!!!
I'm so happy with my Snicker's cozy picture. She is so meant to be sitting by a fireplace. She is turning 20 next month and still loving her cat life. I don't know how much longer she'll be with me, but I know after she's gone, I'll smile every time I look at her sweet face in this picture. It's wonderful to see her as a kitten again ❤️

I teach people how to ride horses of all levels of experience and they do beautiful artwork of all types of animals, with the occasional horse in there! So, they immediately said that they wanted to offer a free design and poster of one of my horses. The crazy thing is I didn't tell or show them anything and they came back a week later with a poster in their hands... they went on my Facebook, picked a random photo of one of my horses and it happened to be the perfect one. They chose Butters which is my daughters pony... she just placed 6th in a big competition... it's hard to describe but the timing was perfect. I don't usually get choked up but this did it. My daughter is over the moon with happiness. Thank you Eddie and Dahyron, from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️
